    Building History

The building 340 is now located in what was built in 1913 and called the Opera Garage. In the 1930’s a 2nd & 3rd level was added to the structure. It housed Tate Cadillac for many years. After Tate Cadillac vacated the site a variety of car dealerships and owners occupied it until the 1940’s when it became part of the Progress Bulletin Newspaper complex.
